Not without a conversion harness.

How are you currently running the 2A ECU in your car?

i dont have the ecu in yet if i wanted the OBD2A ecu in there i would get an OBD2B-OBD2A conversion harness. But if it's possible to run the p73 OBD2B ecu in my car just fine then i will trade my ecu for that one

It's possible, but you will need to disable the immobilizer system on the ECU.
