its a good header if you have the displacement. which it seems like u do being ur at an 86mm bore. but i would call up hytech and talk to them and find out what they would reccomend for it. the might reccomend something else. u never know.

If you want that style of header buy it from John at HyTech don't go with the "production" header. I don't think HyTech sells a production header anymore but I could be wrong. The current "production" headers are copies of the HyTech stuff. You'll get much better quality with John's stuff over the copies.

Gas cooler pipes? I think those should be called anti patent pipes. They look like they have been added to change the look of the header so as not to infringe on the HyTech design patent.

I would hope that in a semi perfect world, shops/companies would have the ability to design their own header instead of copying somebody elses. Bottom line: no matter what the part, buy it from the company that designed and built it first.

I have loved every Hytech and SMSP header that I have ever owned. Craftmanship and quality will never go out of style.

yup $1300

production header is cheaper ($800 or so), but it's mass produced.

Great header, just hangs a little too low.If your driving a street sweeper you do not want to spend that kind of money you will just ruin it.

What are the thicker areas in the primaries for? What is the benefit of them?
