my buddys got a 93 integra he went to start it the other day and it jus made a little clicking noise he took the starter off and got it checked and its good and he jus put a new battery in it. any clue what it could be? maybe starter relay? if so where is that located?

 

sound to be a bad ground now there one on the start that little **** use to pop off me all the time and do that
