Default FS: The Cleanest GSR SWAP you have ever seen! B18C1 Motor Updated!

SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD

Updated pics on page 3

Well here is my pride and joy for sale, my '96 GSR swap. It was originally rebuilt with the intention to put it in my current integra but I wont be keeping that car much longer. I have owned this motor since early 2002 and only ran it in my car for about 4k before wrecking the car, then parting the car to do this current build. I changed over the engine harness and sensors to be run on an obd1 ecu. All nuts and bolts have been replaced with new grade 10.9 bolts. I have so much info to put in here, hopefully I get it all and get my point across. I have put well over $1000 in rebuilding this thing to look good, be reliable, and run great. It should put 200hp down with a nice set of itr or ctr cams tuned.
Ill start with the block and components: The entire block was glassbeaded to give a uniform and clean appearance then given a chemical bath to ensure all the media was cleaned out. It was then honed to fit the new OS 81.25 USDM Type-R pistons, rings, and rods which will net a 10.83:1 ratio which would be great with some ctr or itr cams. The crank was cleaned, polished, and mic'ed. It was assembled using only oem rod, crank, and thrust bearings which were all selected after all clearances were checked. The rear main seal was replaced along with a R oil pump at the other end. Oem studs were installed the entire way around the pan to prevent damage to the block. Other new parts include T-belt drive pulley, crank pulley, oil control orifice o-ring, water pump, oil pan gasket, drain bolt, cleaned and painted oil pan, tensioner pulley and spring, pcv valve and grommets, oil filter, water pipe o-rings, coolant drain bolt, thermostat, t-belt, acc belts, dowell pins, headgasket, and headbolts.
Cylinder Head and Induction: The head was also glassbeaded and given a uniform valve job to the seats and valves. It was then hottanked to be thoroughly cleaned. The deck was checked and needed no machining. It was also lightly p&p'ed. Some aftermarket parts included are MSD plug wires, Edelbrock IM, Thermogasket, Adj FPR, used DC 4-1 JDM header, and a billet oil cap. New oem parts include valve cover grommets, gasket, o-rings, cam seals, cam bore plug, dist. o-ring, rocker shaft orifice o-rings, cap, rotor, dist bolts, vtec solenoid, cam gear bolts, IM gasket, R throttle cable bracket, valve seals, oem plat spark plugs, injector o-rings and bosses, and throttle body gasket.
5spd GSR Transmission: Comes with an ACT clutch and Pro-lite flywheel with about 4k on it.The trans was completely disassembled, glassbeaded, then hottanked. All internal parts were cleaned and all tolerances checked out great. It has the mount brackets, oem starter, shift linkage, shifter and ****, oem axles with new axle nuts, and halfshaft all there. New parts installed were axle seals, detent washers to ensure proper pressure on shift forks, main and counter bearings in the case and on the shafts, shift shaft seal, mainshaft seal, throw out bearing, pilot bearing, and oem clutch fork with welded plates to keep stiff when using aftermarket clutch.
Other stuff pictured/included:2Gal. oem coolant, 2pt ps fluid, 2 oem oil filters with washers, 3qts GM Synchromesh Friction Mod MTF, 10qts Mobil 1 oil, ac comp bolts, case bolts, halfshaft bolts, flywheel bolts, acc belts, heater hoses, brackets, ps pump, fuel filter with guage, and shift shaft pin and collar. Plus tons of extra parts laying around ill throw in.
In all her glory!

NEW PICS OF GENUINE SKUNK2 P28

Wow that was alot. Just a little attention to detail....Please pm me with any questions or ask for my phone number and we can talk over the phone if you would like. I am an Acura certified tech and have alot of engine assembly and repair experience. I live in central Pa and would be willing to deliver to neighboring states. I can also ship but dont want to risk even getting a scratch on this thing if not neccessary. I have a few vouches that saw this motor run previously and can vouch on its current condition.

$4k $3,400

Please bump if you think its pretty.
