Looks like the arrow is there to point to where the latch is to open the hood(not something I'd want to draw attention too). Also, nice license plate. Personal opinion also, I do love the look of the steelies with the chrome lip(was going to do it myself at one point), but I think it is better left on a EF. Again, just my opinions.

1. i'm oh most the whole way down on the coil overs and i do live in pa. And its winter!
2. its a 94 bumper with a ctr lip
3. the arrow is my surje motorsports logo
4. polished lip is a beauty ring. you press them onto the wheel a simple mod
no one needs an arrow to tell them where the latch is at its called common sense.
