Hey, well ill give you the whole run down so you can fully understand where im at right now.
ok i bought a 1988 Crx si (1.6l) and the head was warped from over heating i got the head resurfaced and when they did it the valves were loose so i tightened up the valves with the feeler gauge, i have a 88 civic manual and i used those specs that to tighten the valves can anyone tell me the excact valve size please to make sure. anyway so i got everything going and the car started it turned over just fine and it doesnt idle if i rev it then it stays on but when i let go of the gas it dies. i fixed the gas line bc it had a little leak and no help can u give me some troubleshooting tips plz

is your idle air control sensor plugged in? do u have any check engine light on? did u use all new gaskets? u can turn the idle up , theres an idle screw on the front of the throttle body. its a flat head
