Well, what suspension do you have in mind and what are your plans (auto-x, drag, etc) for it?

suck it up and buy a decent set of coilovers, and then you decide how low you want it

H&R race sounds like the right drop for you.

Maybe neuspeed race.

Or coilovers if you can't decide.

With anything under 1.5" you'll need a good full coilover or a good shock to match the spring with.

For the love of god, why do you type like this?

WID = WITH

DEN = THEN

AN = AND

U = YOU

Pick up a ******* book.

To the OP -- Lower it however much you are comfortable with. Some people are fine with rubbing tires and scraping exhaust, and some are not. You need a good balance of aesthetics and function. Get a good spring paired with a good shock, or buy some GOOD sleeve coilovers (Ground Control) and either some Koni Yellows or Tokico Illuminas.

And then an alignment may be in store, if you're planning to drop more than ~1.75 inches.

get a nice set of coilovers and then you can drop it however low you want.

tein, H&R, are only a couple names of companies who make high quality coil overs. which you can drop as low as 4" if you want. and they ride pretty decent.

Camber kit shmamber kit. Unless you're lower than 3" they're totally unnecessary.

If you decide to do a shock spring combo then stay away from tokico blues or kyb gr2s. I had friends who used those 2 and they all blew with anything lower than a 2 inch drop.

dropped my EJ1 on omnipower full coils about 2.25 inches and cant complain about anything. rides nice looks good and performs well. 10k front 8k rear are the rates. if you cant decide on a drop id say coils but go at least 2 inches IMO.

not to sound like a dick but every single post that i have seen you made you posted a pic of your car. like EVERYSINGL post. i think posting your car in just one thread is good enough. dont you think?

If you want 2" the H&R Sport springs sound right for you.
