Cant figure what the problem is. Got the battery check and its good. All i hear is this click under the dash. Im not sure if its from the starter but i could here it more under the dash and the parking lights turns on when i try to start it. Here's a video of it.

So i asked someone to start it while me recording it from the engine bay. And i dont think i hear a click on the starter either. But i think i heard a small click somewhere near the battery. Here's a video

I just did the jumping the battery to starter and it still didnt start but i hear this spinning sound from the starter. Here's a video

could be a bad main relay. its a common problem
