i got a 2000 civic ex i swap manual.. swap out ever thing now it will not crank i swap to obd2b-obd1 does not want to crank... grounded out the wires and all just will not crank the motors is grounded ecu is too.... but no luck does anyone thing they know what i missed all i have left it to pin out the 3 wire to a 2 wire iac.... usein the old harnesss the auto is that going to stop me from the start i do not trhing so but u never know.... i turn the key and "park" and "D4" i gound them out and all i am stumped i love honda and i want to get on the road..

 

are you using your old motor? if you are you dont have to do the 3wire iacv to 2wire! Make sure you double check what you besides the tranny swap if you used your motor, harness!!!
