how bad is this damage?
Simlar thing happened to me except I was going 25-30mph. My wheel looked identical to yours. Looks like you are going to need a new Lower Control Arm. $205 brand new, but I bought mine for $100 from a junkyard. That and a new alignment should do it!
P.S. The wheels needs balancing.
EDIT:
Just remembered, you might need a new upper control arm as well.

everything is pushed back into the drivers door tho.
even if i replace the parts myself, and get an alighnment, do you think it would still be pushed into the drivers door like that?

If you replace the LCA, go for an alignment, and if its still off, the alignment spec can probably tell you what else is bent.
Possible bent items:
LCA
Inner tie rods
Subframe
Upper ball joint

are the parts (control arms and trailing arms eg ) the same on ek ? if so you pay for shipping and ill give you some as i have honda parts galore taking up space in my garage
I see bending in the subframe. I also wouldn't be surprised if you also needed new tie rod ends (if not the entire rod), and both your upper and lower ball joints.
It honestly probably won't be perfect ever again.

pray to the god of bomex, i hope you not bend subframe!
hahaha sorry i had to do it. if you dont get the joke then sign off honda-tech. lol.
but yea if you bent the subframe thatd suck, but considering how slow your were goin id start with the basics. get a new control arm and have it aligned and see what else you need AFTER you replace the obvious things.

Basicly everything on that corner, rim included could be bent. If you have to come in the forum and ask then perhaps you should not be working on something as your suspension. Not trying to be an *** but you have a far better view of it then we do. If you have or can get a whole suspesion from another car that would be your best bet and cheapest route and if you can put it in yourself you will save even more. If insurance is going to pay for it, take it to honda. But then again you run the risk of having your car totaled out by them if the bill is too high. Find the measurements from shock towers and make sure they are within specs. If you can't find them, body shops have books that can tell you.
Good luck and play it safe.
