on the back of the block closer to the top around cylinder 2or3. wires out you will see where it goes cause it be on sensor on back of block with no wire going to it.

What?? Do you see where the wire ripped from?? Is it ripped in the engine bay or inside the car?? Is it still attached to the plug itself?

I had the same thing, A check engine light with knock sensor code. I checked and found out my wire ripped off. Both ends were there so i soldered them back together and months later still no codes.

By the way, The wired are loomed and ran to the ecu.

I've wondered this same thing. Regarding where the wire goes to from the sensor itself.

Before the ECU. In the engine bay, it runs through the harness, and then i assume (on vehicles that have it from the factory) it connects at one of the shock towers, probably the passenger side. But which pin? The smaller 6-pin rectangular clip?
