Default h series vs. b series

i know this was probably discussed ages ago, but i want updated professional opinion on what motor is better to boost. some people say h series is a waste of time due to price, others say that b series are weaker motors. so what do you think? i currently have a h22a jdm and i love it, i plan on boosting whp 450 nothing less. but friends are telling me to sell and go b series.

Both are great motors, there is just a little bit more support for the B's. If you have an H I would deffinatley keep it. I ran a 12.8 in my heavy *** prelude with an SC44 at 10psi and a basemap. Never knew how much power, but felt like 280-300. I have a bad *** H22 Kit if you are interested.
