Default Shift linkage question

hey all, just wondering if I need a different shift linkage setup for the swap I'm doing in a few weeks...5spd, OBD-1, B18B into my 96 civic dx coupe that has d-series linkage in it right now.
Could I use the d-series linkage or do I need a setup from another car?
And if I do what car would it be coming out of?
thanks in advance!

You need a 99-00 Si shift linkage or any one from a DC Integra.

I just thought of something else... the swap is coming out of a 93 civic h/b. Would the shift linkage from that work? Since it's a B18 in it now.

yes, as the owner of that car would have HAD to use an integra or em1 linkage.

No it won't. It's too long.

99-00 Civic Si or 94-01 Integra (90-93 Integra will also work).
