ok so ive had problems before with my dizzy coil and stuff so i thought it was that that was causing my car not to start. I got a new dizzy (brand new) and it still wont start
my car - turbo eg, d16z6
first it was cause when i was swapping out my IM i pulled the map sensor accidently and pluged it in backwards, but i fixed that.(but not sure if its messed up)
so I crank the car and it sparks. but it doesnt stay on, dies in 1 sec.
sometimes when i get lucky and give it a little gas it stays on for about 5 secs but loses power and dies.
I switched out all the sensors from the old IM to the new one (which were all working and no CEL)
Im not sure what it could be.

Same, I'm not sure if it works like a MAF sensor, but if it does you'll basically lose stability (the engine will die) as soon as you disconnect that sensor. It's possible you messed it up when you plugged it in "backwards" - I'm pretty sure it only goes in one way.
