Okay I'm new at this and as of right now, I'm being a little cheap until I can manage to get the money for the setup I want. Is it okay for my 99 EX to be on Skunk2 shocks with R1 Racing adjustable coilovers? or is this gonna blow my shocks real soon.. She's my daily drive and needing some time for something else, probably a month or two... Will it last?

I think you'll be fine... I know acouple people that are using ebay coilover sleeves on aftermarket shocks and its fine... but that doesnt mean the car is going to ride like factory... It might be a little harsh becuase of the springs.

Never heard of them. How cheap are they?

 

If you can find out the spring rate that can give you an idea of how harsh the ride will be... but ive never heard of R1 Racing coilovers either.

 

i've tried searchin for some info on them but came up with nothing. there has to something about it somewhere and i just cant seem to find it. i'm really a noob so can you help me out about the spring rate...?
