what cams to get

hey guys i have a teg ls it has 3 angle valve job and crower springs and retainers what kind of power can i expect with some cams and what cams do i want ? any help is appreciated

You should take a look into either the All Motor of Forced Induction section. They have lots of great info and dyno graphs.

i have crower 62404..havent put them on my ls yet...but soon will here in the next few weeks along with my crower valve train just order a hondata s300
