OK I was in the engine bay trying to find the reverse light switch and I found it, touched it with a pliers and it shorted out. Now when I put the key in the ignition it makes the sound that the door is open. Also, when I turn on my lights it makes that song as long as the door is open even if the car is on. The only thing that works in my cluster is the battery light, which goes on when i turn the key. The speedo and tach don't work at all. What did I do? And, how do I fix it?

 

Check fuses. You might have fried your wires when you shorted it out. Multimeter is your friend.
