Default Bolt wont budge, dont want it to snap like the others...

So I have installed my skunk2 suspension on 3 corners of the car with no problems. When it comes time to do the right rear, I snap the heads off both the shock fork bolt and the lower control arm bolt. I have to literally cut the shock out, and then cut in between the trailing arm and the lca to free the lca from the trailing arm. Now I go to unbolt the lca where it meets the underside of the body, and that bolt is seized in the sleeve too. I bought two lca bolts in anticipation of breaking a couple of them, but if this one breaks I will have to get another one, which means paying another $8, not to mention the shipping the damn dealership will charge me again. I have pounded it with the impact, and sprayed the **** out of it with pb blaster. What else can I do to free this sucker?

It's not going to loosen, it will only snap no matter what you do. The bolt is rusted to the bushing and it has to be cut out and the bushing replaced.
