Ok heres the situation, I've been working on this side project of mine for a few months...only a few hours every other wknd.
>Using a USDM P28 w/ a JDM H22 Map.
>All DX Wiring From the ECU to each individual sensor.
>Car Cranks but runs really rough.

Symptoms:
>Will not hold idle..
>After the Car cuts off.. a continual whining noise occurs from the IACV..
>NO CELS..

Overall I've done a lot of diagnostics...

I've cleaned the IACV as much as I could..

I've used other IACVs..

Checked for vacuum leaks...using the boost guage method, smokers method, and carb cleaner method.. (It appears that it could be leaking from the IACV.. when I spray the carb cleaner it revs up)..


BUT that doesnt explain whether or not the IACV is functioning when it should/shouldnt..

Any imput?
