Long story short, I bought a 94 rs completly converted to a 99 gsr even with installed moonroof. Had one of the alarms that rolls up the windows and closes the moonroof. Th alarm was taken of and all i have is the switch with the 4 wires coming out of the back and 2 wires coming from the moonroof.The 2 wire i believe are the open close signals. what else do i have to wire to the switch?would i just run a power to the other 2 spots on the switch? or is there also a ground?

 

if its an aftermarket moonroof, then nobody will know. rip out your headliner and see whats connected to what.

 

Its a gs-r moonroof. and the wires coming out of the roof are
yellow/red(down)
yellow/green(up)
but the gsr moonroof switch has 4 wire plugs in the back. So 2 of them are eliminated because of the ones coming from the moonroof but there still 2 empty spots.are those for a ground and power?if so where does each wire go to on the switch?
I also found an extra moonroof relay in my garage but don't know how to connect it to the moonroof.

The sunroof is a reverse polarity. the wires that you have listed switch from pos to neg for roll up and roll down. All you should have to do is match up the color were the unit was spliced in.

 

The problem is I can't. The O.G. owner took all the wiring off when he took out the alarm.
so I know i have the up and down signal wires now i need to know how to run the relay and exactly where each wire goes behind the 94 integra moonroof switch.
so now i guess i need to run a power and ground but don't know where they go on the switch.
