I am told the only different part is the lower control arms but that with those, everything fits right in?

Now, depending on what ITR brakes you use, you might need to modify the outer joints of your axles. The USDM ITR brakes need no modification for b/d-series axles. The 98 spec JDM brakes you need 36mm outer joints on your stock axles.

 

I should add that the car is all civic, it has no ITR parts on it.

However this guy is selling a fully assembled itr suspension with lower control arms for a good price and he says it fits onto an eg hatch....
