Default CRX Ef suspension onto EG

i searched for over an hour with mixed results, a friend of mine just wrecked his 91 crx w/ koni yellows groundcontrols and extended top hats, everything was jsut put on like 3 weeks ago, i was jsut looking for a yes or no before i buy it off of him, will it fit my EG? i know i need to use my EG shock forks right? but the rears are the same 89-00 so that isnt the issue, im jsut looking for an answer regarding the fronts. with the correct fork setup

Koni North America shows different part numbers for the front shocks for 91 CRX and 92-95 Civic, but it shows the same part number for the rear shocks.

My guess is the front shock body lengths might be different.

it will work just fine , no issues at all . Just use the EF forks on the EG and adjust the ride hight accordingly to get the car to sit at the height that you want it.

just be careful of the rear LCA bolts .. they tend to break if they have never been removed or replaced. If you can get your buddies LCA's also and bolts this will help make the swap easy. Worst case if he needs suspension in return just loosen the inner and outer LCA bolts and leave the shocks attached and remove them as one piece and put the new stuff on, would make the swap super easy and less chance of bolts breaking
