Lines for custom radiators?
For those who build their own radiator, or use one that doesn't work with oem hoses, what do you guys do for coolant lines to the rad?
Do you guys just weld AN fittings onto the radiator inlet/outlets?
Anyone have other solutions?
I'm thinking it might be tough to find -24 weld on aluminum fittings and braided line or some sort of other flexible hose.

One thing that's pretty easy to do is just bend some coat hangars in the shape of the way you'd like the hoses to go, then take these to your local auto parts store and search through all their radiator hoses for one that roughly matches.

large AN fittings and lines can be expensive and the bend radii of large AN line is pretty big too. another option for one offs rads, is to use hard lines along with silicone hose/clamps to fab up the lines. from what i remember, a 1.5 OD 0.065 in. wall tube has roughly the same ID as a #24 stainless braided line.
for my beater, i made my rad lines out of 1.5 in OD .065 304 stainless with different CLRs
