Default B17 rebuild

so I got my b17 head off and gonna replace the head gasket. I'm thinking while my head is already off might as well rebuild it. what parts should I use to rebuild the head? Can CTR camshafts fit on in my head? what do you guys think about omni valvetrain? Let me know what you guys think

OEM is the way to go. Get some type r cams and type r dual valve springs. Pair them up with some .20 over CTR pistons and bore/hone the block and you got a pretty decent setup

thanks for the advice. where can I get some type r valvetrain and cams for decent price? I checked out the inline 4 page and found ITR INTAKE valves only, there wasn't any exhaust valves. they also have outer intake valves, no inner nor anything to do with exhaust.

And for camshafts they had both exhaust and intake CTR cams, but They didn't list my motor for compatibilty. they listed 99-00 civic si,
94-00 gsr, 97-00 type r. can't all b series parts fit in any b series motor?
if you guys say yes i'll order the CTR cams from Inline 4 page.
