Default What makes CRX suspension good?

Or not good for that matter. I always see crxs on the track (road racing, autocross..) I have head people say its "Honda's best chassis". But, besides being light weight, what is its major advantage mechanically? Verse another car approximately its weight, front wheel drive etc. why would it be better (or worse) to race a CRX?

I have a crx by the way and i just what to know the scoop.

The short wheelbase, shortest of any that Honda offered, makes it easier to get the car to rotate. I wouldn't go so far as to say it's Honda's "best" chassis, but it's damn good for grassroots racers.

Huge aftermarket support also adds to the benefits of racing a CRX. Parts availability and interchangeability between other Honda's is quite huge as well. Thats probably why you see so many.
