ok i need to know will a usdm flywheel cover and timing belt cover fit on a jdm b20.

Yes they will - if you're using the same transmission.

no i have a b16 tranny and head. so should i get a b16 flywheel cover

That would certainly make sense, now wouldn't it

You're also going to need a B16 upper timing cover. The lower cover won't matter.

what do you mean the lower one wont matter, it comes in like 3 pieces

The lower cover from the B20 will work fine, but the upper half of the cover will need to be from a B16.
