So I have a 93 civic ex and for some reason it wont start..

At first it would start but the battery definitely needed to be replaced, I got a new one and then when I put it in, the car would no longer fire.. and even worse the windows wont roll up and the sun roof wont go down and the rain is coming!

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
