made this for a 2 stroke 400cc kawi... not exactly sure what bike, but the guy wants to build it to look like a retro race bike.

can you make a 1 5/8ths bung and cap set ? we use them for coolant overflows and my current supplier is going under. i need 20-50 of them.

 

i don't have the tap and die for that, but that isn't to say i couldn't get it. what is the thread pitch?

 

actually that one on the oil tank would be plenty big, we just need a cap that is flatter.

my cap height is overall 20mm tall, that includes the threaded and oring area. the part of the cap you see on the tank is a 44mm diameter and 7mm tall.

right now i have 20 overflow tanks built im just missing the filler caps and bungs. those are 1 5/8ths though. Thread pitch doesnt matter if you can give me a quote, i can call you monday morning about these , and a few other things i may need.
