dpfi - mpfi + obd1 swap
ok guys heres the deal. i got a 91 dpi hatch that im doing an ls/vtec swap in. i took the original wiring harness and added the extra fuel injector wires to it. well i just ordered a rywire mpfi obd0-obd1 conversion harness. I might have screwed up by ordering that one.
according to this http://www.boomslang.us/obd0_1.pdf if the car is already converted over i shouldnt have a problem. but the dpfi to mpfi harness has an extra white 4wire plug that the other one doesnt.
do i still need to cut and swap wires c1 c2 and b10 12 that are stated in this dpfi to mpfi write up http://hondaswap.com/swap-arti...49557/ looks like its for the distributor wires that they are talking about but i thought the harness i got already had that. im confused anyhelp is greatly appreciated.
well..... actually in the midst of making this post i think i might have stumbled across my own answer about the c1 c2 wires that i will have to swap them i didnt knotice on the bottom of the 1st link it says what the 4 wires exactly are and if i pin the 2 injector wires directly into the obd0 connector befor my conversion harness and i would have to go ahead and swap over those crank angle sensor wires. i shouldnt have a problem running that mpfi conversion harness right?
