Default Tein S-Techs

alright guys I know theres a search function but I'm really tired, so sorry and please don't rip me a new one for this. Just have a quick question. Are Tein S-Techs the best springs for stock struts? I have a 97 EX and I only want like a 1.5 inch drop or so. Thanks guys!

Stock springs are the best springs for stock dampers.

Now, you can usually get away with running S.Techs on the stock dampers, but it's not ideal.

They aren't as harsh as most springs, you can ride on them as long as they are not high mileage and ready to be blown. And 1.5" is just about right.

S-techs work fine on stock dampers. as targa250r said, it's not the best, but it will work if you're just looking for a civic that doesn't have the stance of a ford ranger. The ride with S-techs is nearly identical to the stock springs imo.
