I'm sure you can make everything, except some of the charge piping. I think it depends on how the manifold is too

 

intercooler piping will likely need some modifications

 

yea actually the turbo kit i was sent a long time ago was for a 4th gen and we had to use it on my 5th gen anyways....

Im not sure if the two brands will be the same, but: I had to add about 2" to the down pipe to get to the cat, had to grind down the hole the innercooler pipe goes through on the passenger side.

Other than those i dont remember too many changes, but i also have an SH too... so the down pipe thing could have been slightly related to that...
