Default 97 Civic DX Wont start, no turn over, but will push start

Not getting power to the Clutch switch (neutral safety switch) could really use some help on this, dont know where the safety relay is on this car, it dont look like its in the fuse/relay box under the hood. all other accessories turn on, car runs fine when push started, but it wont turn over or nothin. please help. Power is getting to the starter, but no power from the soleniod to the starter, and a bunch of the fuses under the dash arent getting power either, that why im no thinkin its my starter i think its power in the lines somewhere

have you tested the switch at the clutch pedal? also, how is your main relay? do you here a click when you give power to the dash? you should here the fuel pump prime.

troubleshooting wires can be a pain. i find it quite handy to have a voltage meter. they make the job alot easier.
