I have a 94 teg and the 2nd red slot on my Fuseblock
which is supposed to be 12V is not getting any power at all. My first one works fine. My only guess is a fuse is blown but I can't seem to find any documentation about fuses that are for these slots.

Anybody got any ideas?

 

You may have to insert a fuse into an empty slot. The Helms will tell you exactly which one.

 

Wait... You're talking about the free pin that you've colored red?

My '98 Civic only has one 12v constant free pin. The hole is there, but there is no terminal in there.

I may have missed it, but I did check in the helms pdf that i had and i couldn't find anything on the colored fuseblocks that are in the link. I could only find all the stuff under.
