Default valve calibration

wath are the recomenden valves calibration of the skunk 2 stage 2 cams, and the set of the camgears???? please help, i know it come in the box but i had lost that paper.

Valve Lash Skunk2 Stage 2 = .007" intake and .008" exhaust

As for camgear settings DEGREE YOUR CAMS.

p.s. You can use +4 degrees intake and +4 degrees exhaust as a starting point, but I highly recommend checking all your clearances prior to using these settings and firing off the engine. Degreeing your camshafts is the correct way to get your optimal camgear settings.
