HELP PLZ! TURBO!

okay..i have a 2000 honda prelude and am getting a garett to4b turbo! the engine is completely stock, i still need to do tune up! what do i need to do to run a safe 10psi? im new to this! thanks!

A Garret T04B turbo DOES NOT NARROW IT DOWN AT ALL!!!

Need more info.
