Will it fit. Headers
I was wondering since the 92 - 96 headers have a lower price then the 97 - 01 h22 headers.
Will the 4th gen headers fit the 5th gen headers without modification?

i have a 97 SH headER on my 92 prelude. It was a little longer and the flanges didnt match up but i welded the downpipe to the cat...
So to answer your question no. unless you want to cut and weld.
