so i brought my car for a valve adjustment this week because my 01 integra was ticking . A couple hours past by and my car was ready they told me it was not the valve and it was safe o drive around . i was like expletive yeah it all good then a week i drove it and my car was ticking like i had stage 2 cams !! Then i brought it back and told them what happen and if it was covered by the warranty. Today i spoke to them and said that there not going to warranty my integra because i got a modified exhaust but it was always there when i got an oil change and when i did my other couple of valve adjustment there . Now i might i have to pay 1300 bucks out my pocket. I dont have that kind of money, is it the dealer fault ???? what can i use against them for ******* up my ride

Tell us, which dealer was it? We will stear clear of that **** hole.

You should have the service manager get copies of all your service records. If they have done work on your car before in the past and you already had your aftermarket header/exhaust system, then they should honor it. However, they may argue that the information was not noted. GL

 

yeah they never voided the first time i had everything on it header exhaust lowered! . they even did my car when i busted the valve and they never had called he acura company for a warranty and now there telling that there going to void it! what is my defense on that people im going to the dealer to talk to them again ..
