Default tein flex... edfc motor moving (driver side front)

after driving for a good amount of miles i see my edfc motor moving from where it was originally. none of my other motors do this. what could be the problem? is the top nut loose? because i tightened the spring perch and shock perch tight. but after the shock perch comes loose again, thats when the edfc motor moves, so i reset it and tighten it again and it stays for a while then it comes loose again. so im thinking my top nut is loose? anyone think differently? how can i tighten the nut without it spinning?
