Default Recomend Me A Welder

So I'm looking for a cheap MIG Wire feed welder. I saw that Harbor Freight had a couple Flux Wire welders for really cheap. I know they won't be very good but I'm just learning. I don't have a whole lot of money to spend. I'd like to keep it around $300. Don't really care if it's 120V or 220V. I'm pretty sure I can wire up a 220V outlet. So lets get some opinions.

Thanks,
Dan

P.S. I posted this in the GDD too.

220v welder would be out of your budget. I would recommend the Clarke 130en

It gets minor job done. I have two for exhaust and thin sheet metal work.
