Default EG Mech Help ...HELP....

I have a 94 civic hatch w/ a ls swap..and the starter went bad.. so i replaced today and now i have no power at all.. i have no lights/ horn or hazards the car wont even turn over .completely dead... checked battery and all connections and still nothing.. i have an after market alarm and when i turn the key i get nothing like the kill start has taken over.. but no sure what the problem is... if any ideas post them up.. I mech i spoke to told me it sounds like its a electrical problem or possible starter relay.. but not sure.. still trying to figure this one out.. so hit me up..anyone..**** is driving me crazy...need to have it running by the morning...

did you arc the starter wire out on anything when you replaced the starter, or did you disconnect the batt, have you tried a batt that you know is good...
