b18 block with b16 head how much better is it than just leavening it a b18 or a b16

b18 block with b16 head how much better is it than just leavening it a b18 or a b16
hey no one has been able to tell me much about it, but in wat way is adding a b16 head to a b18 block. i know its better but in wat way? how much more hors/tor power will it give it? i've done a few mods to it.

??? You just said you know its better. So you tell us! The only stock b16 head that's better than a stock b18 is the itr.
