A few questions...did a search regarding headers and motor mount

A few questions...did a search regarding headers and motor mount
I have
1990 Accord EXR - auto
and
1996 Accord EXR - 5 spd - VTEC
first question:
a) Are the headers between the two engines interchangable....I just got the 4th gen and I think many parts are common the the car, but cannot figure out about the headers.
b) I am told the motor mount needs replacing on the 4th gen....I think the rear one...car shakes when doing Park to Drive....Are there any writeups on the replacemtn of that?

no, the header from the F22Ax engines is not interchangeable with the F22Bx engines.

I don't think I've seen a write up for the rear motor mount replacement? The two motor mounts to look at would be both the front and rear.
no, the header from the F22Ax engines is not interchangeable with the F22Bx engines.
