Which ECU to use
I picked up a replacement motor for a 90 integra. got a great deal on a b18b1 from a 94-95 teg. of course the car itself is obd0 and the motor is obd1. we are also doing a auto to manual swap.
my question is, will an obd1 ecu from a 93-93 teg run right with the 94-95 motor. personally i do not see why it wont but i just want to make sure. since we are doing the 5spd conversion, i will be gettin a 5spd ecu whichever i do get.

so no matter which ecu i get as long as im using the obd0 wiring harness i would have to use the jumper? so use an obd1 ecu with an obd1 motor i would still use the jumper correct?

even If the engine harness is OBD1, the chassis harness is still OBD0, meaning you still have OBDO ECU plugs, so you will need the jumper harness.

00CivicGirl....Do yourself a favor and just use a 90-91 PR4 OBD0 computer. Plug and play, no need to buy jumper harnesses or 4 wire o2 sensor. The motor will run correctly with the OBD0 ECU, as long as everything is hooked up right and there are no mechanical problems. Save the cash and do a full tune-up on the motor.
