i have an s1 cable trans and i cracked the case open to take a look at the gears and synchros and its condition. when i inspected the magnet at the bottom of the case, i found a small clip that is similar to the one used to hold the speedo cable in place. i am not sure if there is a similar clip that is used inside of the trans. please help and try to i.d. the clip. i will try to get pics up of it later. thanks

ok the only little clip is from the speedo,i think with out seeing it. there is no small clips inside the case. some one may have dropped it in there.
