car not revvin right...

Default car not revvin right...

hey guys. im havin a bit of a problem with my car rite now. it seems when i drive the car hard, the vtec isnt kicking that hard, and the rpms tap out around 6500. no engine light is on. can it be somethin as simple as spark plugs or fuel injectors? please someone let me know if u have an idea. thanks

it could be as simple as not enough oil causing low oil pressure.

or it can be something as horrible as your block is dying o.O if you rev the car from 800 rpm to like 3k rpm do you hear any knocking? it could be time for an oil change to. pray for that if you havent got one in a while.

And check to make sure your oil pan isn't dented.

Check your oil first
second check if both your plugs are plugged in on the vtec solenoid
and make sure it is warmed up
