Default seat hight

alright guys, for everyone that owns a ep3...well or a dc5 for that matter, we pretty much have the most awesome USDM stock seats. I dont want new seats cause i love mine. Is there any way i can get lower seat rails or something that would lower the seat hight without buying aftermarket seats? In my opinion the ep3 seats sit up really high, does anyone agree? thanks in advance.

I don't think there is anything out there, but I would love to know also. I'm 6' and I hate how my head is so close to the roof.

I'm 5'8" and I still feel like I'm driving a semi. If anyone finds anything, please post it up.

We definitely need this. I talked to a couple companies and they don't offer anything.

For dc5 anyways, there is a **** on the left hand side to adjust height. I didn't even know that existed until someone posted it on clubrsx.

I love my EP3 seats. I don't really think they sit too high. I am like 6'3" and I am fine with it.

Vision makes some low seat rails for the EP3, but they run close to $500. That is a little steep in my opinion.

yea that is kinda high. Being tall is just not cool for some things like, cars, doorways, and short girls.

i've seen a custom homemade set for sale before...
they looked great (but i think he was asking over $200+)
they didn't look very hard to make, but i dont know as far as safety concerns*

i would have the originals off, and show them to a shop.
i'm sure you can get them cut/bend/weld or whatever they need to do, to cut it down an inch or two?
...for a lot cheaper than $500!
just make sure its still safe!

*i wouldn't want to come around a corner and have my seat snap off sideways!
