Our 1991 Accord EX Fuel Injected with Auto trans
has a flashing green S on the dashboard when running .

Searched for this in the forum but did not see any references to this.

Somewhere else I read about TCM errors. I am guessing this is the Transmission
Control Module and the flashing S is some kind of transmission error.

Is there a way to diagnose the error codes for the trans and solve this ?

TCM is on drivers side under carpet under glovebox area. But there should be a free floating plug thing, use a paperclip as a jumpwire to get your code.
