If I would be filthy rich and I wouldn't care about money than I would definitely buy it as a Mugen toy but lets be realistic, I work hard for my money and I would rather get an 06 STI for $25k
than a Civic for $30+
Just my .02

And people, this is a for sale area. Off topic posts and bashing is not allowed so keep your comments of the car off this thread!

No you can't. I work for Honda and not only can't you buy the parts unless you own one (need to order controlled with vin numer and owners name and info), the price of the parts will be more than you can buy the whole car for.
So what kind of retard math are you using?

ha this is halirious but u guys are forgeting one thing from wat i heard honda gave mugen a 1000of the four door si's i believe correct me if im wrong and mugen did them up so im pretty sure why its such a high price bc mugen is a independent company im pretty sure they are not gonna make anymore for rarity reasons i bet u and two its a collectors item for sure in the future that things most def gonna be in barrett-jackson auctions in about 3 decades so why not hold on to a piece of honda history no thats my .02

i think you are the one that is retarded...even with your insanly low prices you put up in the other post, those add up more than $3500 that you are claiming in this post...you're a real smart one...
also it's "you're retarded"
you're = you are

yup...
Fullyloaded you dont even know the prices. I priced everything according to the Type R civic prices and this is what i got.
Front lip $550
Front grill $405
Sides $505
Rear diffuser $878
Rear spoiler $1186
Coilovers $1100
Wheels $2840 (this DOES NOT include the pricey G force factory tires)
Exhaust $1372
Suspension $1100
Total $9936 Keep in mind this is for teh CTR and the prices for these very limited items probably cost more.
Of course that is also unpainted, unistalled, no tires, no emblems, no engine accessories, no shift ****, etc.
so yes with it being factory installed, painted, and warrantied you are getting a hell of a deal...in fact an amazing deal that would probably save you couple thousand in the long run.
as someone already stated it is IMPOSSIBLE to make your Civic Si be a Mugen Si...you cant even get the parts for it. So even if you are able to get all these parts in the end youll end up spending way more for all teh parts, painted, installed and such.
If you area Mugen/honda fanatic this is an amazing deal.
fing newbs...
and yes fullyloaded before you sir are a moron if you can build a Mugen Si for 3500

if you guys want to bash on the mugen si price theres one for sell out here in the northwest for 40,000$$
if you dont want the mugen si then simply dont buy it, this guy was just trying to help YOU guys out if anybody wants to buy one at the msrp here on honda-tech, he WAS NOT asking for your cheap ***'s opinions on what you think of the price

The Mugen Si WILL SELL. Its simple supply and demand. Why do ITRs have such high resale?? Because they're rare and you can't "make" a real one. You can make a clone version of the same car, but when you come down to it, it IS NOT the real thing.
Another good example of real vs clone is the Shelby Cobra. A real one is worth a **** ton while a replica isnt worth more than $50k

Wow! Some positive response and some negative, as expected. And for anyone bashing.....whatever. We have one here, its genuine, there are only 1000 of them, it will sell and
see ya bye to anyone uniterested.
