stupid dealership

Default stupid dealership

i had my 08 civic serviced because i had scratches on the paint, when i got back a week ago i notice there is a scuff in the rear bumper panel and paint chips "looks like someone hit it" and front head light cracked

anyways do you guys know if this is under warranty???
i know they had my car parked outside of there property...!!!!! probadly someone can by and hit it... fawk

Im confroosed, did the damage occur at the dealer? If so they are liable.

if you left the dealership then no they wont cover that. if you noticed it right when you went there to pick it up and said something about it they might cover it since the car was in their possesion.

damn it
well i pick the car up when it was really dark
so i couldn't notice nothing anyways
yup i called them but all they said to me is bring it in so hopefully everything will be fine

pretty much
after i left the area the headlight was cracked form the inside out and the rear bumper was scratched "not a deep scratched, just the paint looks chipped

Yeah im just saying because who's to say that you didnt scratch while you were driving home or when it was parked in front your house. But if they said they'll look at it that sounds pretty good. Good luck

Call and tell them if this is seriously legit. If they refuse ask them if it's worth it for you to slam them on their CSI score when Honda calls you for the survey.

There is a check list of body damage when you drop it off. When you pick it up it is your responsibility to do a walk around an check it out. A week later you notice it. Dont expect any help
