Does anyone know of a really low FD setup? or someone who could make some custom gears and custom FD? I need less than a 2.2:1 over all gear ratio trans...

anyone have specs on Input and Intermediate shaft diameters... gear width's etc.

Contrary to what these other people are saying, i believe IT IS NOT POSSIBLE! You couldn't make the pinion gear large enough, and still fit in the housing...

Are you trying to use the Honda transmission like a conventional transfer set-up (4x4)?

About the only way to accomplish it is to have a custom made gear pair within the transmission. You could have a 2:1 (typical 2nd gear ratio) set-up made with the large gear made for the input shaft , and the smaller gear splined to fit the pinion shaft. Then that would be a .5:1 overdrive that you could use with a 4.4 Honda Final to come up with your overall of 2.2:1...

as I was saying...we'd need a custom gear set along with a final drive. we were thinking if we could just swap the gears from the Input shaft to the IM shaft and slow it all down we just need someone to make this setup for us.
